Who and what

Seasonally is offered by Nathalie Maes (“we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. Questions? Contact us through the publisher’s contact details in the App Store or Google Play.

Using the app

You may use the app for personal use. You may not copy or resell the app or the data in it, or read it out on a large scale.

Season data is a guideline

The seasonal months were put together by ourselves from several sources (see “Sources” in the app’s settings and on the sources page of this website). They are a guideline: when a product is really ripe or in the shops depends on the weather and on the grower. The descriptions and storage tips are meant in general and are not health or food safety advice. We do not guarantee that all data is complete or free of errors.

Seasonally Pro

As a consumer you have legal rights, including when a product does not conform to what was promised. These remain in force, even if something else is stated in these terms.

Ownership

The app, the illustrations, the texts and the compiled season data belong to us or to our licensors. Trademarks and sources of third parties remain with their owners.

Liability

We do our best to make the app work well, but cannot guarantee that it always works without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the app or by incorrect season information. This does not limit your legal rights as a consumer, and does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may change the app and these terms. For important changes we will put the new date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you agree to the new version.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live remains in force.
